Sacred Ordinary is aptly named. This space is less a container for spiritual content and more a record of how ordinary life cannot resist being sacred. Spirituality, religion, herbalism, and mediumship aren’t separate topics here. They’re all just avenues into the same singular thing, which is life, and what it keeps trying to show us.

Yeah, it gets a bit navel-gazey around here.

About me

I’m a spiritual explorer, poet, and practicing medium, currently studying herbalism at Iwilla Remedy with Selima Harelston Lust and Tami Lust, and deepening my mediumship practice through training with Danielle Searancke (The Squamish Medium) at Spirit School.

My poetry has been published in Sinister Wisdom’s “Lesbians in the City” volume, a landmark journal I’m genuinely honored to be part of. I’ve also self-published several chapbooks, available on Gumroad.

I believe dreams power life. I believe ancestral memory is medicine. And I believe the most radical thing we can do right now is rest, create, and remember ourselves back into wholeness.
